Motherboard will not post Error C1 I don't know about psu,I wouldn't rule it out though,the only thing you can do is to test with each component to rule them out,try to borrow another psu to try same thing for graphics card,clearing the cmos overnight by battery removal might fix it,if none of those things do the only thing left that hasn't been tried is your CPU,they have 3year warranty though if you wanted to rma it,I think its something else though,cpu's are pretty tough. I will try removing the battery and leave overnight and see if the problem will cure. I have tried 10 different sticks of ram in each individual single white slot. C1e is a memory related error,could be CPU memory controller error too but less likely,have you removed mb battery and left out overnight then put back and try? Tested with just one stick of ram in any white slot? Test all three slots,it will boot up with one stick in any white slit if all is well. If you overclocked and screwed with voltages, idk, warranty may be an issue.Forum Rules. If you damaged your CPU, it's new enough it's warrantied at least, you may be down a month getting a MB from Gigabyte or a CPU depending on who ya got one from. If you were getting low performance and made some bios changes following some guide, the reset should clear that up and look to those changes for the cause. Your going to have to probably test each component to verify what exactly has failed and verify if your MB is OK. Use the ram a stick at a time from your build if you can and verify their good or toss them in another machine that can.

Test the power supply in another PC maybe, Get an old motherboard and cpu/gfx card up with a stick of ram. If you cannot even get in bios after that then your options of things to try is harsh. Id start with the motherboard bios and reset it to default, think that's powering down and rebooting holding power/reset buttons.
